Will you list my house on the MLS?
We do not list houses on the MLS. Our intentions are to buy your house for a fair price. If we can’t buy your house for cash, we have a network of buyers who may want to purchase your house immediately. Additionally, we also work with licensed agents/brokers we can refer you to who can help you sell your home.
Will you offer a fair price?
Most of the homes we purchase are below market value so we can ultimately resell it at a profit to another buyer. However, we are looking to make a fair deal that is beneficial to both parties. The value we bring is that we can close very quickly, on homes in as-is condition, and with no time or effort or expense on behalf of the homeowner. Additionally, our offers are no-obligation, so you do not have to move forward with the offer we give; you can simply know what we’re willing to offer.
How much does it cost for you to look at my house?
What if my house is in bad shape and needs lots of repairs?
We buy houses in as-is condition, regardless of how many repairs are needed. We buy houses with foundation problems, termites, leaky roofs, etc. Additionally, there’s no need to clean out the house; any unwanted items can be left behind.
How long until I receive the cash?
Title companies typically require 10 days. We will be ready to close as soon as the title company is ready!
What if I’m not current on my mortgage, or I have unpaid taxes, or there are liens my house?
No problem! We will work out a solution to ensure that all balances are paid and you walk away from the property free and clear.
